The AGM to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Ystradgynlais Volunteer Centre was held in the Lesser Hall of the Welfare Hall, Ystradgynlais. Display boards featuring photographs of events in the past, and ideas for the future, were erected for everyone to look at. The Annual Report for 2008-2009, taking us up to March 31st of this year, was read out and approved by all. New trustees, members of the Management Committee and independent observers were elected to serve the charity for the year 2009-2010. |
